COVOC COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP PROPOSAL FORM.

  1. The AGM is the forum whereby the committee is elected. Voting at the AGM must be undertaken in person (proxy voting not allowed).
  2. To be eligible to vote, members must have their subscription fully paid and be a member of the club for at least six months.
  3. Any member of the COVOC may serve on the committee provided they have secured a proposer and seconder and are elected.
  4. Prior to nominating a member to serve on the committee, please confirm that the candidate is in agreement with your proposal.
  5. Nominations can be presented by means of this proposal form or from the floor at the AGM. Proposal forms being administered at the AGM.
  6. Candidates may choose to serve in any specific position on the committee.
